Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI)

We are dedicated to advancing gender equality and social inclusion as a fundamental element of all our work. We believe that development interventions are most effective when they address the specific needs and barriers faced by women, girls, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups.

• GESI Mainstreaming: We provide technical support to ensure that gender and social inclusion are integrated into all stages of the project cycle, from design and implementation to monitoring and evaluation.

• GESI Analysis: We conduct in-depth GESI analyses to understand power dynamics, inequalities, and barriers to participation. This informs the development of targeted strategies to promote inclusion.
• Women's Empowerment: We design and implement programs focused on women's economic empowerment, leadership development, and addressing gender-based violence.
• Disability Inclusion: We work to ensure that programs are accessible and inclusive for persons with disabilities, promoting their participation and addressing specific vulnerabilities.
